 Krista Votruba - I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas in visual communications/graphic design. Always eager to learn more, I took some graduate classes working toward an MBA but still didn't find satisfaction. After twelve successful years as a graphic designer I went back to my original love of interior design. I started my own interior design firm and then it hit me that real estate would be the perfect career to mesh together all of my random interests.
In my past careers I put in 110% effort and I plan to do the same when I work as your agent. If you select me to represent you I will be honest and look out for your best interests.
If you hire me to sell your home I will help you stage it and point out things to help your home appeal to potential buyers. As a seller's agent, my goal is to help you find a buyer within a reasonable amount of time and to price your house competitively.
If you are in the market to buy a home my extensive design background and firsthand experience with remodeling, will help you see potential in properties that may be overlooked at first glance. As a buyer's agent my goal is to help you find the right property, help you negotiate the right price and to handle all the paperwork and tie up any loose ends. I want you to have a home you are excited to move into.
